Welcome! I am so excited to offer you over 100 classes, with each focusing on different body parts, energy level, and mood. Most classes are suitable for all levels, with some geared toward intermediate and seasoned practitioners. If you’re on the newer side to yoga, don’t worry! The more you practice, the more familiar you will become with pose names and props (and the stronger you’ll get!). Whatever your level, I invite you to get into body, your breath, and your true purpose each time you practice. Enjoy!

PROPS YOU MAY NEED:
While I highly recommend investing in props to support you in what will hopefully be a long, beautiful relationship with yoga, as many of my classes require a variety of props, there are classes available for those who are “traveling light,” and do not have or want the extra equipment. If you are looking to take full advantage of what all the classes have to offer, I recommend (in order or usefulness) having a mat, blocks, yoga strap, blankets, a bolster, resistance band, resistance loop, light to medium hand weights, a chair, and a dowel.
