Private and semi-private instruction available in a fully-equipped studio in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, or at your work or home.

Travel fees apply dependent on location.

Remote classes

Perfect for those who are not local to Los Angeles but still wish to work one-on-one with me, these remote classes are conducted via Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime.

Rates

1-hour Instruction: $125

This hour-long class is designed for your body, your conditions, and your personal yoga objectives. Great for those who are new to yoga and would like personal attention and instruction, seasoned practitioners who want to work toward specific physical goals, and those with injuries or special conditions.

30-min Asana Evaluation + Feedback: $60

This thirty minute session is geared toward those who practice in group settings or alone at home, and want specific feedback on their physical form to ensure safety, pose integration, or how to work with an old or current injury or condition.
