Ellen teaches creative, intelligently-sequenced hatha and flow yoga classes. She utilizes a wide array of props to maximize the benefits and experience of the pose for each individual body. Her understanding and study of the body is informed by both the Western approach of skeletal-muscular anatomy as well as the Eastern approach of the subtle, energetic body. Ellen's classes are precise, thoughtful, and demanding.
