Perfect as a baby shower, blessingway, or congratulations present for your pregnant friend or partner, or as a way to care for yourself whether you’re 5 or 35 weeks pregnant!

  • 2 Strength Training Classes to focus on building strength - one for Upper Body and one for Lower Body

  • 1 Restorative Class that can be practiced full-length or shortened using the “Chapters” feature - perfect for those days (or weeks?) you need to slow down

  • 1 Functional Yoga class devoted entirely to pubic joint discomfort, one of the most common pregnancy ailments

  • 3 Yoga Nidra practices to put your body and mind into states of deep relaxation. Think of Yoga Nidra has guided meditation in a position of rest. It has been shown to improve sleep and boost the immune system.
